These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web-based billing and maintenance system (“Platform”), which is designed to provide billing, invoicing, and related services for LPG gas pipeline connections of residential and commercial properties. By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Sai Enterprise is a sister company of KRB Multi Gas Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the installation of gas pipelines for both residential and commercial properties.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Platform.
- By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2. Services Provided
- Billing and invoicing for LPG gas consumption.
- Maintenance request logging and tracking for LPG gas pipeline services.
- Online payment facility through integrated payment gateways.
- Customer account management including billing history, consumption details, and service updates.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal, property, and billing details.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered authorized by you.
- You must not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
4. Payments & Charges
- All payments for LPG gas usage and maintenance services must be made as per the billing cycle defined by the Company.
- Payment can be made through available digital methods (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, etc.).
- Any late payments may attract penalties as notified by the Company.
- All fees, taxes, and charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
5. Maintenance Requests
- Users can raise service or maintenance requests through the Platform.
- The Company will schedule and provide services as per availability and standard operating procedures.
- Emergency support may be subject to additional charges.
6. Data Privacy & Security
- The Company values your privacy and ensures protection of your personal and billing data in accordance with applicable laws.
- The Platform may collect and process usage data to improve services.
- Users are advised not to share sensitive account information with third parties.
7. Limitations of Liability
- The Company is not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events, technical failures, or third-party issues.
- Any damage or loss caused by unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding credentials.
- Accuracy of data provided by users.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, logos, and software associated with the Platform are the intellectual property of the Company.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for billing and maintenance services.
9. Suspension or Termination
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its services will be revoked.
10. Changes to Terms
- The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, Maharashtra State.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
