Sai Enterprise is a sister company of KRB Multi Gas Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the installation of gas pipelines for both residential and commercial properties.

1. Billing and Payments

Customers are billed based on actual or estimated gas usage as measured by their gas meters.
All charges, including usage fees, service charges, and applicable taxes, are outlined in your
monthly statement accessible through our web portal.

2. Return of Services

Due to the nature of pipeline gas supply, we do not offer “returns” of consumed gas.
All usage is considered final once delivered and recorded by the meter.
However, if you believe there has been an error in your billing, you may dispute the charge
as described below.

We will consider issuing a refund or account credit under the following conditions:

  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly billed due to a system error, faulty meter reading, or erroneous data entry.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same billing cycle.
  • Overpayment: If you paid more than the amount due and request a refund instead of applying the balance to your next bill.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Legitimate gas usage
  • Delays in service suspension due to non-payment
  • Unused gas capacity or minimum service fees

4. Dispute Process

If you believe your bill is incorrect:

  1. Submit a billing dispute via our web portal within 15 days of the billing date.
  2. Provide relevant documentation (meter photo, historical usage, etc.).
  3. Our support team will investigate the issue and respond within 7 business days.

If an error is confirmed, we will issue a correction and refund (or account credit) as applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or as a credit to your gas account.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
